What does my latest cholesterol look like compared to last year?
Your LDL dropped from 128 to 112 mg/dL — a 12% improvement. HDL went up slightly too. Nice progress! 👏
Based on your 3 most recent lipid panels, your overall trend is improving. Would you like me to summarize what changed?

Built for hospitals and insurers too
DocDroid is more than a consumer app — it's a platform. Dedicated portals for hospitals and insurance companies, with consent-gated patient access.
How it works
Four simple steps to take control of your health data.
Upload
Snap a photo of your lab report or upload a PDF — any lab, any hospital.
AI Analyzes
Our AI reads your report, extracts every value, and flags abnormalities.
Get Insights
View clear explanations, track trends, and see what your numbers mean.
Share Securely
Share records with doctors or insurers with full consent management.
Your health data, your rules.
We built DocDroid the way a healthcare platform should be built — encrypted, transparent, and with zero incentive to misuse your data. Here's exactly where your information lives and what happens to it.
What DocDroid does
Encrypts every report
AES-256 at rest. TLS 1.3 in transit. Even our engineers can't read your files.
Stores data in EU data centers
Google Cloud Frankfurt (europe-west1). GDPR-aligned hosting.
Lets you export everything
Download all your data as PDF or JSON anytime, no questions asked.
Lets you delete everything
One-tap account deletion wipes all your data within 30 days.
Asks consent for every share
Hospitals and insurers see only what you explicitly grant, time-bound.
Uses AI on your data — for you
Summaries and trends are computed for your eyes only, never aggregated for sale.
What DocDroid never does
Sell your data. Full stop.
Our revenue comes from subscriptions, not from your medical history.
Share with advertisers
No ad networks, no tracking pixels, no data brokers, ever.
Train third-party AI on your records
Your data does not go to ChatGPT, Gemini, or any foundation model training set.
Share with insurers without consent
Even when insurers request data, you approve each request before anything moves.
Keep deleted data
When you delete an account, it's gone — not archived, not anonymized, gone.
Claim to be a doctor
DocDroid helps you understand data. It never replaces medical advice.
Where your data actually lives
Transparency isn't just a word on a privacy policy. Here's the complete journey from your phone to our servers and back.
Your device
Files are encrypted on your phone before upload. The plain PDF never leaves your device.
In transit
Transferred over TLS 1.3 — the same protocol banks use for online banking.
EU data center
Stored encrypted on Google Cloud's Frankfurt region. GDPR jurisdiction, EU sovereignty.
Only you
Decrypted only when you open the app. Even DocDroid staff cannot read your reports.
HIPAA-Ready
Infrastructure and processes aligned with US HIPAA standards.
GDPR-Aligned
EU hosting, data portability, and right-to-erasure built in.
UAE PDPL
Compliant with UAE Personal Data Protection Law.
SOC 2 Roadmap
Type II audit planned for 2027. Controls already in place.
Your rights, always on
Full details in our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
The questions everyone asks
Straight answers to the things people worry about most.
Will DocDroid sell my health data?+
No — never. Our revenue comes from subscriptions and B2B partnerships with hospitals and insurers who pay us directly. We have no incentive, and no mechanism, to sell individual patient data. Selling medical data would also violate HIPAA, GDPR, and UAE PDPL — and destroy our business overnight.
Is my data used to train AI models?+
No. Your reports are processed by AI models (like OpenAI and Claude) only to generate summaries and insights for you — and the providers we use explicitly do not train on our API data. Your health records never become part of any public AI training set.
What happens if DocDroid gets hacked?+
All data is encrypted at rest with AES-256. Even if an attacker got raw database access, they'd see encrypted blobs, not readable records. We run continuous vulnerability scans, enforce 2FA for staff, and maintain incident-response runbooks. If a breach ever affected you, we'd notify you within 72 hours per GDPR.
Can DocDroid employees read my reports?+
No. Reports are encrypted with a per-user key derived from your authentication. Our engineers can access logs and metadata for debugging, but the actual content of your health reports is never visible to staff.
What if I want to stop using DocDroid?+
Open Settings → Export your data (PDF or JSON of everything you've uploaded and everything we've derived). Then tap Delete Account. Your data is hard-deleted from our systems within 30 days, not anonymized or kept for analytics.
Where exactly is my data stored?+
Google Cloud's europe-west1 region (Frankfurt, Germany). This means EU data-protection laws apply and your data doesn't cross into US jurisdiction. We do not replicate data outside the EU.
What about insurance companies seeing my data?+
Only if YOU explicitly grant them access. Insurers can request access to specific reports, and you approve or deny each request in-app. You can revoke access at any time, and all access is logged and visible to you.
Is this a medical device? Does DocDroid diagnose?+
No. DocDroid helps you understand and organize your medical data — it doesn't diagnose, treat, or replace a doctor. Every AI summary includes a reminder to consult a healthcare professional for medical decisions.
